    people keep saying the 199 price is for new customers, that current customers will pay 400 or some shit like that. i checked with att and they said new and current customers will pay the same shit.

    How come no one is mentioning the fact that the $199 price for the iPhone is for new customers only existing AT&T customers have to pay $399 & $499 for the new models.

    I went down to The Carphone Warehouse today and reserved mine :) It is going to be released on July 11 at 7 AM. Stores will be opened earlier and will close later. It will obviously be sold at a first come first serve basis so I suggest you go down and reserve one. With a reservation you will be able to have one kept safe for you and also skip the queue aswell!

    so ok I live in canada and i was considering on buying an iphone 3g and they said now that its 199$ only if i already had a contract with AT&T so for me it will be like 399$ right please correct me if im wrong i really want an iphone!
