    internet, TV, radio, newspaper, whatever. They are all biased. They all make mistakes. At the start of the war they were running stories that were probably not in tune with your line of thought, and that seems to be your problem. Lara appears to be so afraid of ideas being expressed by the media that she would prefer to blow her head off than to actually listen.     Did you watch the media at the start of the war? All it was was how were in danger of terrorist bombing us and how the middle east is our biggest threat to our way of life.
