    I believe the song is about dependency. It is definitely about drugs but it goes much deeper. We as people in this globalized product driven world are addicted to products and ideas of all kinds whether it be coca-cola, cocaine, adderall, fast food, tv lies and sickly trends....etc, whatever. He USED to but now has waken up... and I would say this is what he is talking about. And this is not just an American problem. It's everywhere

    AdmiralDuke JB was born in LA and moved to Western Australia when he was about 10 or 11 because his parents split up. Some people claim him to be American, some say Australian. His cultural beliefs i think stem from an Australian culture though because his dad was an Ozzie and his mum a yank.

    the voice is kind of annoying, but thats just my opinion. The lyrics are not exactly sophisticated, there are way better songs about drug infatuated pasts. But its my opinion, so no disrespect to you guys.
